PartnerWithLocals is operated by Finisher Media GmbH (the 'Platform'). The Platform connects businesses for commission-based collaborations. It is a facilitator and is not a party to the agreements businesses conclude with each other.
Commissions are capped at 30% and are agreed between the parties. Payments are settled via the parties' connected Stripe accounts or offline; the Platform does not guarantee payment between parties.
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their profile and for lawful, GDPR-compliant handling of leads they receive.
